Founded in 2008, the team behind GMW Management has been providing services to business associations for over ten years. Headquartered in Stratford, CT, GMW Management has a reach beyond Connecticut, serving associations across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Our mission is to achieve the goals of client organizations through full-service management of operations from events, to marketing, and financial management.

Sarah GMW Management

President & CEO

Sarah Kuhns

Sarah previously worked for GMW Management as the Director of Operations before purchasing the firm in 2017. Sarah is primarily focused on acquisition and business development for GMW, while working closely with all clients to drive strategic initiatives.


Conference Manager

Angela Clay

Angie is responsible for conference development, marketing and promotion strategy and execution, sponsorship management, and event logistics across GMW’s multiple clients. Angie joined GMW Management in 2019 after years of building her career in event management.

Casey Coleman

Casey is a membership expert, assisting all clients with member initiatives and measured growth. She also manages events for several clients.  Casey has been with GMW Management since 2019.


Project Manager

Katrina Snow

Katrina coordinates people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. She is the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline, helping GMW achieve every goal we and our clients set! Katrina joined GMW Management in early 2020.


Business Manager

Amber Tencic

Amber oversees all finances for clients of GMW, managing bank accounts, providing monthly financial reports and working closely with the client treasurer. Amber has been with GMW Management since 2017.


Creative Director

Kimberly Wistner

Kimberly comes with a professional background in agency and non-profit work. With her skillset of concept development, digital & print design, and video, Kimberly focuses on the design and implementation of all client collateral. Kimberly joined GMW in 2020.


Junior Event & Office Coordinator

Cristin Kulscar

Cristin provides administrative support to GMW and clients, primarily answering phones, arranging meetings, travel and schedules. Cristin joined GMW in 2019.
